Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Collegegiftpack.com will do all, within reason, to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Any discrepancies must be reported by email (info@collegegiftpack.com) within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Before placing your order, confirm the accuracy of your billing and recipient information. Incorrect information results in delayed delivery or non receipt of gifts. Once an order is placed, we cannot make corrections, cancel orders, forward or re-route packages in transit. The gift automatically ships to the billing address if no recipient information is entered.
Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect recipient shipping information submitted such as name, address, zip code or telephone will not be honored. It is the sender's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. Further, We will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding, reshipping and call tag charges.
Arrival times: We do not guarantee times or dates of arrival of any gift regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout, shipments to remote delivery areas or honor claims for alleged late gift delivery.
Collegegiftpack.com will replace or credit any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective, however will not issue credit where subjective matters of taste, style or retail value are involved.
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or better value depending upon availability and season. Substitutions for chocolate items are made May through October.
Undeliverable Packages: We are NOT responsible for undeliverable packages. Incorrect or outdated addresses, zip codes, suite #'s, apt #'s and phone #'s result in lost, discarded or packages being delivered to unintended recipients. Carriers may or may not leave the package at the door. It is completely up to the driver's discretion to determine whether or not a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package is deemed undeliverable.
We will not refund or replace gifts shipped or delivered to hospitals or hotels. We recommend that you send to their residential address as they may have checked out or been released.
Payment / Billing:
We gladly accept VISA and Mastercard.
Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase. For the Care Package of the Month Club orders, credit card is billed for entire purchase at time of initial sale.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS ADDITIONS & CHANGES
Check your recipient's name, shipping address, zip code and phone number carefully when placing your order. Incorrect addresses and phone numbers result in delayed deliveries or, in many cases, non receipt of gifts. Orders received with no recipient information entered are automatically shipped to the billing address.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the order or cancellation of the order. Nor can we cancel, make changes or re-route any packages in transit.
You may include a greeting in ENGLISH when you checkout. If no greeting is entered, or any language other than English is used, the billing name only is automatically entered so the recipient will know who the gift is from.
SHIPPING
Gifts Delivered Within The Continental USA and to APO/FPO Addresses
Packs are shipped by USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx on business days. (Monday thru Friday. Sat., Sun., & Holidays excluded) Gift packs normally ship from Ohio or Hawaii. Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days (8am-5pm/Mon-Fri), after order ships, for access to tracking information. During busy holiday seasons, tracking information can take longer to attain.
Arrival times/dates are estimates only and do not include the day order is placed or shipped. We will do everything possible to expedite your gift pack order, however we *cannot / do not guarantee* specific times or dates of arrival. The time of day order is placed, method of delivery selected, weather conditions, location of recipient, holidays, occasional delays by carriers plus incorrect or incomplete street addresses, apartment and suite numbers, telephone numbers and zip codes can all delay the delivery of your gift.

Business/Dorm/Organization shipments: Carriers often do not deliver to individual recipients within a business/dorm/organization. They will deliver packages to a designated receiving area, dock or front desk. It is up to the busy staff to take the package to the recipient within the business/dorm/organization. We are not responsible if the business/dorm/organization is closed, is a restricted area, if the package is lost or misplaced within the business/dorm/organization or if the business/dorm/organization fails to deliver the package to an individual recipient within.
We work very hard to ensure we are sending out, on your behalf, a quality value-filled gift arrangement. Based on season and availability, we reserve the right to make gift basket or component substitutions of comparable or greater value. Due to the unfortunate melting point of chocolates, temperature safe product substitutions are made (mid May - mid Oct). All sizes and weights are approximate.
Undeliverable Gift Baskets and Packages
• Incorrect, Outdated Addresses Result In Undeliverable Packages
We are sorry but we are NOT responsible for undeliverable packages, NO EXCEPTIONS. Carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:
• Incorrect Address:. An incorrect or outdated address, zip code or phone number results in lost, discarded packages or packages being returned by the carrier or the unintended recipient.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: Most carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. It is completely up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package is deemed undeliverable.
• Refused by Recipient: Customers who place orders and refuse delivery, for any reason, are still responsible for the cost of the gift and all shipping charges incurred.
• Many companies have policies and restrictions prohibiting employees from receiving gifts at the workplace. These are restricted areas, companies and businesses where the carriers are not allowed to deliver. Check the company policy or restrictions before sending a gift to a recipient at their workplace or any restricted area. It is always advisable to send the gift to their home address and let them enjoy the gift there.
• Recipients, not expecting a gift, may think that it was sent to them in error and refuse the package. (It is advisable to let the recipient know that there is a 'surprise' package on the way)
NOTE: Please double check all shipping information carefully, especially physical street address and zip code. Incorrect shipping information may result in delayed delivery or the package NOT being delivered at all. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender’s responsibility. Be aware that you may incur a $10 address correction fee if the address you enter must be changed to have your product delivered.
Hospital/Hotel Delivery Policy To avoid the possibility of your gift arriving after the hospital patient has been dismissed or the hotel guest has checked out, we encourage you to have your gift shipped to the recipient's home address and let them enjoy your gift at home.
